About the Role:
RODS SERVICE INC is looking for a driven and ambitious Management Trainee to join our growing team in Saint Louis, MO. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in management, gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of our business operations. Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured management training program covering all key business functions
- Shadow and support experienced managers to learn daily operations and best practices
- Assist in supervising staff, delegating tasks, and maintaining team productivity
- Help monitor performance metrics and contribute to operational efficiency improvements
- Engage with customers to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction
- Support inventory, scheduling, and resource management as directed
- Contribute to team meetings, reporting, and process development initiatives
Requirements:
- MUST BE PROFICIENT in Microsoft Excel
- Preferred if you had a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, but would accept someone who was extremely intelligent & had a great memory with the capacity to learn quickly. Someone who may have taken some college classes but didn't finish or took the wrong major or someone who may have self developed their computer skills and their knowledge of excel by work experience or personal use of their own computer.

- Prior work experience in a service, retail, or team-based environment is a plus
